Player Support

Fortress Line is a standalone, single-player Meta Quest game with hand-tracked tactical commands, a direct soldier viewpoint, and optional mixed reality.

To help investigate a problem, include the headset model, Horizon OS version, the map, mission or screen involved, a short description of what happened, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal data.

Hand tracking and soldier viewpoint

• Enable hand tracking in the Meta Quest system settings.
• Use the game in a well-lit room and keep both hands within the headset camera view.
• Remove objects that obstruct the hands and clean the headset tracking cameras if tracking is unstable.
• Follow the in-game tutorial before using squad commands or entering a soldier’s viewpoint.
• When using mixed reality, keep the physical play area clear and remain aware of real-world surroundings.

Offline play

An Internet connection is not required to play Fortress Line. The game does not require a Fortress Line account or subscription.

Resetting local data

Language, progress, settings, mission information, and gesture calibration are stored locally. Clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the game deletes this data. This action cannot be undone.

VR and mixed-reality safety

Use a clear play area, remain aware of your surroundings, follow Meta Quest safety guidance, and stop playing if you experience discomfort.
