Fortress Line: Tactical Command
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Fortress Line: Tactical Command (the “Game”), developed by Jim_studio_A and published by ZP Games, handles information when you install and play the Game. It also explains the limited information that may be handled when you visit this website or contact support.
2. Information handled by the Game
Local gameplay and settings data
The Game stores information locally on your Meta Quest device so it can preserve your preferences and progress. This can include:
- Interface language, audio, comfort, and other local settings;
- Tutorial completion, unlocked campaign levels, mission results, enemy defeats, and play times;
- Current or most recent mission state, such as squad status and completion state; and
- Optional local gesture calibration used to recognize squad commands.
This local information is not uploaded to Jim_studio_A or ZP Games and is not used for advertising, analytics, or user profiling.
Hand tracking, head tracking, and mixed reality
The Game uses derived hand-pose, hand-joint, tracking-confidence, and head-pose signals supplied by the Meta Quest platform to render hands, interpret commands, and present the VR view. These signals are processed on the device for active gameplay.
When mixed reality is enabled, the surrounding view is provided by the Quest operating system as a passthrough background. The Game does not access, record, store, or transmit raw camera images or video, and it does not store a room scan or use real-world furniture as gameplay data.
Information the Game does not collect
The Game does not ask for or intentionally collect names, account credentials, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, video recordings, microphone recordings, payment-card information, advertising identifiers, or user-generated content. The Game has no developer-operated account system, online multiplayer, advertising, analytics, telemetry, cloud saves, or in-app purchases.
3. How information is used
Local information is used only to operate the Game: restore settings and language, continue campaign progress, display mission results, remember unlocks, and recognize optional calibrated commands. Tracking signals are used only while needed for the current interaction and are not sent to ZP Games.
4. Network communication and third parties
Gameplay does not require an internet connection. ZP Games does not operate a game server and does not receive gameplay or tracking data from the Game. Meta may independently process installation, entitlement, device, safety, or diagnostic information under Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the website. That processing is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement. ZP Games does not add advertising or analytics scripts to this website.
5. Support communications
If you email support, we receive the email address and the information you choose to include. We use it only to respond, investigate a reported problem, maintain support records, and address security or legal obligations. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal data in a support request.
6. Offline audio production tools
Some audio included in Fortress Line was created or processed offline during development with MOSS-SoundEffect v2.0, Qwen3-TTS, and Kokoro TTS. These development tools and model weights are not included in the Game, do not run during gameplay, and do not receive player information. See the Third-Party Notices page for acknowledgments and license information.
7. Data sharing and sale
Jim_studio_A and ZP Games do not sell personal information. We do not share local gameplay, hand-tracking, or head-tracking data with advertisers, data brokers, or other companies. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Meta and GitHub process information under their own policies when you use their platform or visit this website.
8. Retention and deletion
Game progress, settings, and gesture calibration remain on the device until you clear the Game’s application data or uninstall the Game. You can delete this local data through Meta Quest application-storage controls or by uninstalling Fortress Line: Tactical Command.
Because the Game has no developer-operated account and does not store gameplay data on ZP Games servers, there is no remote gameplay record for ZP Games to delete. If you contact support, you may request deletion of the support correspondence by emailing zp1412042552@gmail.com. We may retain information that is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures for the limited support information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive information by email.
10. Children’s privacy
The Game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 or older, or the applicable minimum age in the user’s region. It is not directed to children below that age and does not provide an account form through which children can submit personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the Game’s features or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
