Action Squad
Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Action Squad is intended for users aged 13 or older, or the applicable minimum age in the user's region. If local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, the user must obtain that consent.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, Jim_studio_A grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Action Squad for personal entertainment on supported devices through an authorized platform.
3. Acceptable use
Users may not unlawfully copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, exploit, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the security or platform restrictions of the game. This restriction does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
4. Ownership
Action Squad, including its original software, audiovisual presentation, game design, and identifying materials, is owned by or licensed to Jim_studio_A and is published by ZP Games. Third-party technology and content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to applicable licenses.
5. Updates and availability
The game may receive fixes, compatibility updates, content changes, or feature changes. Availability may depend on supported hardware, operating-system compatibility, and the distribution platform. No specific future update or feature is guaranteed.
6. Virtual reality safety
Users are responsible for maintaining a clear physical area, following headset safety instructions, taking appropriate breaks, and stopping play if discomfort occurs. Action Squad relies on optical hand tracking, and tracking quality can be affected by lighting, obstructions, or hardware conditions.
7. Privacy
The handling of information by Action Squad is described in the Action Squad Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jim_studio_A and ZP Games are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the game. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the game, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
