Vocab Clash - VR English Learning Game

1. Information We Collect

Vocab Clash is designed to minimize data collection. We do NOT ask you to create an account or provide:

• Names or contact information
• Government identifiers
• Payment card details directly to us
• Custom profile fields such as age, gender, or address

When online features are used, network services may still receive technical request metadata (for example, IP address, request time, and user-agent) as part of normal HTTP communication.

2. Local Data Storage

Gameplay data such as progress, scores, and settings are saved locally on your device via Unreal Engine save slots.

• We do not provide cloud save accounts in this app.
• You can remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

3. Network Communication and Why It Happens

The app performs limited online requests for content delivery and server routing:

• Region/server routing: probes to determine whether to use domestic or global content endpoints.
• Health checks: fast checks to pick a reachable server.
• Manifest and media delivery: requests for vocabulary manifests, signed media URLs, and media downloads.

For signed media URL APIs, the app may transmit a list of requested vocabulary word IDs and media type (image, video, audio) so content can be fetched. We do not use this for advertising profiles.

4. Third-Party Services

Vocab Clash does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not run third-party analytics SDKs in the app. However, the app may call third-party network services for routing/hosting purposes:

• IP geolocation/routing probes: myip.ipip.net, ipapi.co, ipinfo.io, api.ip.sb
• Vocab Clash APIs/content endpoints: api.vocabclash.fit, aws-global.vocabclash.fit

These providers may process technical request metadata under their own policies. Example policy links:

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only as needed to operate the app (for example, with hosting, CDN, and routing providers that process network requests for delivery).

6. International Data Transfers

Because Vocab Clash supports both domestic and global endpoints, request data may be processed in regions outside your home country or region, depending on routing results and provider infrastructure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• On-device data: retained on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Server/network logs: may be retained by service providers for security, reliability, and troubleshooting according to their retention policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Vocab Clash is published for teens and adults. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying information from children through in-app account forms.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
