Fortress Line

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 27, 2026

Summary: Fortress Line is a single-player VR game. It does not require an account and does not send gameplay, hand-tracking, or head-tracking data to servers operated by Jim_studio_A or ZP Games. Game progress and settings are stored on the player's headset.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Fortress Line, developed by Jim_studio_A and published by ZP Games, handles information when the game is installed and played. It also describes information handled if a player contacts support or visits this website.

2. Information handled by the game

Local gameplay and settings data

Fortress Line stores game information in the app's local storage on the headset to preserve progress and preferences. This may include:

This local game data is not uploaded to a server operated by Jim_studio_A or ZP Games and is not used for advertising, analytics, or user profiling.

Head and hand tracking

While VR is active, the Meta Quest runtime provides head-pose information for rendering the view. When hand tracking is enabled, it also provides derived hand-joint and hand-pose information so the game can render hands and recognize gameplay gestures. These live signals are processed on the headset and are not saved or sent to Jim_studio_A or ZP Games. If a player calibrates custom gestures, the resulting numeric settings are stored locally.

Mixed-reality passthrough

If a player enables mixed-reality passthrough, the headset runtime supplies the passthrough presentation. Fortress Line does not record, store, or upload camera imagery.

Information the game does not collect

The game does not provide an account, online profile, or in-game form for submitting names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, photos, media files, payment-card data, or other personal information. A player may choose to provide contact information by emailing support, as described below.

3. Network communication and platform services

The Android release does not request Android Internet permission. Fortress Line has no developer-operated online account system, multiplayer service, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or cloud saves. The game does not send local game saves or tracking signals to ZP Games.

Meta Quest system, account, store, safety, entitlement, and diagnostic services may independently process information under Meta's terms and policies. Jim_studio_A and ZP Games do not receive that information through the Fortress Line game application. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. Support communications

If a player voluntarily emails support, Jim_studio_A or ZP Games receives the sender's email address, message, and any technical details the player chooses to include. This information is used to respond to the request, investigate the reported issue, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations. Players should not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.

5. Website hosting

This website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the site. That processing is governed by the GitHub General Privacy Statement. ZP Games does not use advertising or analytics scripts on this website.

6. Offline audio production tools

Some audio included in Fortress Line was created or processed offline with MOSS-SoundEffect v2.0, Qwen3-TTS, and Kokoro TTS. These development tools and model weights are not included in the game, do not run during gameplay, and do not receive player information. See the Fortress Line Third-Party Notices.

7. Sharing, retention, and deletion

ZP Games does not sell or share local game data with advertisers or analytics providers. Game progress, settings, and gesture-calibration data remain in the app's local storage until the player clears Fortress Line's app data or uninstalls the game.

To delete local game data, use the Meta Quest system's app-storage controls to clear Fortress Line's app data, or uninstall the game. Because the game has no user account and does not store game saves on ZP Games servers, there is no remote game-save record to delete.

A player may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address below. Records may be retained where required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Children's privacy

Fortress Line does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. The game does not provide child accounts or in-game submission forms. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through support may contact us to request its deletion.

9. Security

Fortress Line limits its handling of information to data needed for local gameplay and uses app storage provided by the headset operating system. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game's features or applicable requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
